Someone just sent me a link to an Anglophile Meetup Group in Boston. I did some digging around on Meetup’s site and there are similar groups in Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Another group in New Mexico focuses on Dr. Who; then it seems there’s a large group in Chicago devoted to the Beatles and BritPop (now that’s a group I’d join!)
